Quick Paste

Run-in and assembly paste with a maximum part of MoS₂  for multi purposes. Improved running-in conditions.

Reduces friction and wear, assembly and disassembly will go easier. The solid lubricant MoS₂ protects against wear, running-in defects and guarantees good antifrictional properties.

• for screw connections under maximum load and high temperature. Easy dismounting after long periods of operation
• for pre-treatment of tooth profiles, heavy duty cog wheels, racks, spiral toothed gear wheels and worm gears
• for maintenance of machine parts, guidance’s, slide bearings etc.
• for assembly of wheels, roller bearings, discs, bolts and flanges without grove, easy later removal

Low-temperature lubrication paste with MoS₂

• for gliding points at very low temperature. For guidance’s, screws, spindles, bearings, hinges, fittings etc. in air planes, weapons and instruments

Carrier     Synthetic Ester

Quick PG 

Synthetic high-temperature paste for reducing friction at maximum temperature and maximum load. The synthesis oil carrier evaporates at > 200oC without residue and dry lubrication begins. No residue, no sticking, and high resistance to chemicals.

• for hot steam screws and other screws in powder plants, refineries, steelworks, foundries, rolling mills and in chemical industry, even under maximum temperatures and maximum load
• for gas turbines, motor housings, glass smelting furnaces etc.
• as lubricant for elements not resistant to mineral oil as rubber
• for anti-friction bearings and slide bearings at temperatures of more than +180°C

Quick VL 

Assembly paste for precision surfaces. Contains MoS2 in a very special fineness. Long-term lubricant.

• for precision instruments, household appliances, measuring instruments etc.

Mineral Oil based

Black Paste

Much softer than the Quick Pastes. Black Paste is for greasy lubrication of bearings at highest pressures in highest temperatures. Lubrication is easier. Excellent suitable for relubrication.

Carat 26 

Light-colour multi-purpose lubrication and assembly pastes for high loads. Offers good protection from corrosion especially from friction oxidation (tribocorrosion), is water-repellent, has good adhesion and protects from rust, stick-slip and seizing.

This grease paste is suitable for long-life lubrication of sliding parts off all kinds. Extends relubrication intervals.

• for slides and screw connections under high load and vibrations
• for lubrication of rolling and sliding bearings in case of humidity or vibration
• for lubrication of machinery tools
• for electric and precision mechanics, optical, textile, and paper industry, packaging and stapling machinery, even if a dark paste is not appropriated because of contamination.

Carat 1 

Offers best corrosion protection, is water resistant, adhesive, and protects against tribologic oxidation. Carat 1 may be used in food industry, because all components conform to DAB, USDA or FDA regulations.

Very tacky lubrication paste for open gears, based on biodegradable synthetic ester oil. Good protection from corrosion, good load-carrying capacity, protects against tribocorrosion

Paste Z 

White colour high temperature paste for warm working and as parting compound at maximum temperatures.

Less tool wear and no flue formation

• for die-work of flywheel at a temperature of ca. 700°C up to 900°C
• for folding and warm working of steel sheets at temperatures up to 800°C

Titus ZKG 1

White, ceramic paste containing a combination of white coloured solid lubricants and hard ceramic particles for preventing fretting at highest temperatures.

The base fluid evaporates at high temperatures and a solid lubricant film remains

• for hot screws as at turbines, exhausts, gears, valves, chains, sliding faces and axles, as in petrochemical and power plants
• for high temperature lubrication of bearings
• at assembly and disassembly if seizing must be prevented.

Metal-compound Silver Coloured for slides and screws at high temperatures. Maximum lubricating and parting effect, low friction, corrosion-resistant, prevents burning-in and rusting-in.

Prevents corrosion and seizure caused by high temperatures. Ensured easy dismantling after operation, maximum parting effect, very low friction, water and corrosion-resistant, prevents burning-in and rusting-in, insulates against corrosive gases and liquids.
