Lubrication Pastes
1. Lubrication Pastes with MoS2
MOLYDUVAL Lubrication Pastes consist of a wide range of modern high performance lubricants based mainly on Molybdenum Disulfide of the highest purity that has been reduced to micro fineness in a special process pre-serving the all important laminar structure. MOLYDUVAL Lubrication Pastes are for example assembly and multi purpose pastes for slide faces at high, normal or low temperatures, achieving emergency or long-term lubrication with a very low friction coefficient.

Quick Paste |
||
|
Run-in and assembly paste with a maximum part of MoS2 for multi purposes. Improved running-in conditions. Reduces friction and wear, assembly and disassembly will go easier. The solid lubricant MoS2 protects against wear, running-in defects and guarantees good antifrictional properties. |
• for screw connections under maximum load and high temperature. Easy dismounting after long periods of operation |

-40°C up to +450°C Mineral Oil based |
2. Lubrication Pastes with Graphite
Pure graphite pastes are well known as a thermal stable lubricant even under high conditions. The decomposition of graphite at highest temperatures is without residue. Up to 600°C graphite shows a very low friction coefficient, best lubrication even under claim conditions.

3. White Colour Pastes
White Colour pastes mostly contain PTFE or inorganic lubrication powders. PTFE offers a low coeffi-cient of friction but not this high pressure stability as molybdenum Disulphide do. It's used for lubrica-tion of plastics under low pressure. PTFE offers also very good stability against temperature, oxygen, and metals. Inorganic solid white lubricants are used for a wide temperatures, offer good protection from corrosion. White-Colour lubricants for the points of lubrication where dark pastes are not appro-priated for reasons of contamination. White-Colour pastes are also used for lubrication in the high temperatures of warm working and as parting compounds.
|
Carat 26 |
||
|
Light-colour multi-purpose lubrication and assembly pastes for high loads. Offers good protection from corrosion especially from friction oxidation (tribocorrosion), is water-repellent, has good adhesion and protects from rust, stick-slip and seizing. This grease paste is suitable for long-life lubrication of sliding parts off all kinds. Extends relubrication intervals. |
